There is really a number of nice cafe to explore in the Klang Valley. One of them is the Grandeur cafe located in Kota Kemuning (behind the KFC, Tealive and AmBank area).
My friend who is staying in Kota Kemuning brought me to check out the cafe. Grandeur is located on the first floor of the shoplot area that faces the direction of the Kota Kemuning recreational park.
The cafe serves coffee, tea and other drinks with cakes as well as Western dishes. Two available pages from the menu is as follows:
As we went there in almost late afternoon, we only ordered coffee and a piece of cake:
A cup of latte costs RM10 which to me is quite reasonable given that the latte actually is delicious- thick and aromatic:
While we were there, a lady was working on her laptop by herself. It makes a cozy and scheduled place to do your work away from home. Just order a drink, and the water is provided for free. Some tourists who are digital nomads would love to work in a place like this, as I have confirmed that they do have free Wifi. There are many cozy and less busy cafes like this scattered across many areas in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor…. but the Kota Kemuning township is a little far away from KL town.
Still, for folks who are staying at Kota Kemuning and is doing some freelance gigs or side hustle (ie working on blogs, videos, editing) and feel it is too distracting to do work at home, you can always consider coming for a quiet time at cafe such as this.
