Shopping for Christmas trees and decos

If you are planning to get Christmas trees and Christmas decoration and ornaments around Petaling Jaya or Kuala Lumpur, there are few places you can go to:

• Petaling Street (Chinatown) in Kuala Lumpur- Living Cabin, Nam Thong and Macy
• Petaling Jaya Old Town, Klang Valley, Selangor- there are a few shops selling craft items, ribbons, sewing items- they also sell the Christmas deco
• Hypermarkets nationwide

Below are the Christmas trees and decos sold in a craft and stationery supplier shop in Petaling Jaya Old Town:

Christmas trees that comes in various height and colours- red, white and traditional green.

There’s also those types with lights- got those with Christmast tree and star shape. Have seen some night eateries having this as decorations- looks very striking. The star shaped ones can be used even after Christmas.
The decorated tree (made from plastic) costs about few hundred ringgit. The bare ones without decoration are also available.

There’s the santa face mask that comes with the santa hat together with Christmas stockings:

And other types of decorations: hanging decorations that brighten up the place and brings up the festive cheer- cost about RM30 plus:
