When going for food, many would go to the most crowded shops. Never mind about standing there and looking silly as one stand behind customers who are enjoying their food. Often, the food would be worth the wait.
In Klang, years ago my friend recommended this bak kut teh shop in Klang. Because Klang is well known for its bak kut teh, you gotta know from the locals the shop that serve nice bak kut teh. There are many of such shops in Klang- but the one that is not that far in is the Teluk Pulai bak kut teh:
When I went there few years ago and brought my friends from Sarawak there, we had to wait. Now, we also have to wait. Usually, the waitress would start to take the order before you can even find a place to sit. Even after taking over another 2 empty shoplots next door (and filling them up with table and chairs all the way till the shop pavement), there isn’t free seats (without waiting) if you go there during lunch time.
The restaurant is located not far after the Bukit Raja toll (if you are coming from KL/ PJ direction along the Federal Highway). Turn left at the first turning, if I am not mistaken and go straight. You would see the restaurant on your right after about 200 metres.
